You appear to be running Internet Explorer 6. That's really a rather old and antiquated browser. Even Microsoft recommends that you stop using it and upgrade to one of the more recent versions. Anyway, the Badge Maker has only been partially tested under IE6. You can give it a whirl if you like, but there are no promises. Don't bother clicking on the Preview link though, it will just look a mess if you do.
